General Accountabilities:
- Manages and grows existing accounts.
- Conducts weekly meetings with Hospitals, Clinics and Physician Offices, to understand the needs of the territory and areas where access can be integrated.
- Searches for new possible opportunities / accounts.
- Achieves sales set targets.
- Educates end users on company products and services.
- Builds and maintains effective professional relationships with clients.
- Contacts and visits clients to help them better understand company products and services.
- Handles queries about company products and services.
- Builds up detailed knowledge about the company’s products.
- Provides proactive assistance and support to clients.
- Provides professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service.
- Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers.
- Keep a record of the work done.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
- Complies with the principles of ethical business conduct of the Company.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree.
- Active Registered Nurse License.
- Additional Certification in Wound Care.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in wound care.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
- Competencies:
- Wound care terminology and clinical knowledge.
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to actively engage in conversations with clients.
- Knowledgeable of general medical terminology and abbreviations.
- Ability to present oneself, as well as the company, in a professional manner.
- Proficient in the use of a personal computer, Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Attentive to details.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative and multitask.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Interpersonal skills and customer service skills required.
- Additional Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
- Own their own vehicle with a valid and current insurance.
- Valid Passport and ability to travel abroad for trainings whenever required.
